150 grams organic goji berries
15 dried lotus seeds
15 grams dried monk fruit
50 grams dried red dates
30 grams American Wisconsin wild ginseng
1.5 liters mountain spring water
Place all of the ingredients into a slow cooker.
Do not remove the cover during the entire cooking time.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Switch to low for another 2 hours.
Turn off and let cool for 1 hour, leaving the cover on.
Pour everything out through a colander or strainer into a large mixing bowl. Using an appropriately sized funnel, transfer the liquid to seal-able glass "milk bottles".
Gently select several red dates and some lotus seeds from the strained ingredients and put a couple of each into each bottle.
Seal the bottles and refrigerate. Consume within 7 to 10 days.
